Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking until evenly mixed. Gradually incorporate Greek yogurt into the dry ingredients using a fork or your hands until a cohesive dough begins to form.
  2. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Once kneaded, divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten to create round discs, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  5. Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Carefully brush each flatbread with the garlic oil mixture on both sides. Place the flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Once cooked, remove the flatbreads from the basket and let them cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
