  3. Make Dressing: Whisk together ⅓ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey until emulsified.
  4. Combine Salad: In a bowl, mix chopped romaine, sliced red onion, cranberries, and toasted pumpkin seeds. Add Honeycrisp apple wedges just before serving.
