Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the eggs in a pot, cover with water by about an inch, bring to a boil, cover, and let sit for 18 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice-water bath to cool completely before peeling.
  3. Crack the shells under running water, slice the eggs in half, and extract the yolks into a food processor.
  4. Add avocado, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, cayenne, and salt to the yolks, then blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in fresh cilantro and fill each egg white half with the mixture.
  6. Garnish with cayenne pepper and a cilantro leaf, then serve immediately.
