Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your chosen short pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking it until browned and thoroughly cooked—about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Chop the crispy bacon into bite-sized pieces and stir it into the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook together for an additional 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and add the cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the skillet. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until melted and creamy.
- Gently fold the drained pasta into the cheese and meat mixture in the skillet, tossing for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
- Plate your loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta while hot. Garnish with more crispy bacon or chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if the sauce thickens too much.
