- In the bowl with the shredded tofu, mix canola oil, soy sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the seasoned tofu mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and slightly crispy around the edges.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with sweet BBQ sauce, then toss to coat.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 6-8 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
