  • 1 each Lemon Zest and juice, fresh lemons recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill Can substitute with parsley or tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Use yellow mustard for milder taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; adjust based on preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup or agave can be used for vegan

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place cod fillets on it, spread apart.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, mustard, minced garlic, and honey.
  5. Pour lemon dill sauce over the cod fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Bake cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  7. Garnish the baked cod with fresh dill and serve immediately.
