- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them hinged at the bottom.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the cut sides of the rolls with the butter mixture evenly.
- Layer the deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
