  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Delicious Fillings
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced salami
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced ham
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For the Extras
  • 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them hinged at the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the rolls with the butter mixture evenly.
  5. Layer the deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese over the meats.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with roasted red peppers, black olives, banana peppers, and fresh basil leaves.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the rolls are golden.
  10. Allow to cool for a minute before slicing with a serrated knife.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
