  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika is optional
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by patting your salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Once cooked, let the salmon rest for a minute before drizzling with Bang Bang sauce and garnishing with green onions.
