Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, freshly minced garlic, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, and your choice of barbecue sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix gently.
  2. Set your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the burger mixture into four equal portions and form patties about ¾ inch thick, creating a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Grill patties on one side for 6–7 minutes without pressing them down.
  5. Flip the patties and grill for an additional 6–7 minutes until they reach medium doneness or an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
