Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and cover to let flavors meld.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook while breaking apart. After 5-7 minutes, add chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. In the baking dish, arrange the bottom half of the slider buns. Spread a layer of Big Mac sauce, spoon the beef mixture, top with American cheese, and add dill pickle slices.
  5. Bake the sliders in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Prepare shredded lettuce and any additional sauce.
  6. Remove sliders from the oven, sprinkle shredded lettuce on top, and add another dollop of Big Mac sauce. Place the top buns brushed with melted butter.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and return to the oven for 3-4 minutes to warm the top buns.
