Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries under cold water for about 30 seconds and pat dry.
  2. Wash 2 ripe peaches and slice into wedges, aiming for 8-10 wedges per peach.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed blueberries and sliced peaches.
  4. Crumble ½ cup of feta over the fruit mixture and combine.
  5. Add 3 cups of washed mixed greens and gently fold into the mixture.
  6. Chop a small red onion and sprinkle over the salad, then combine gently.
  7. Roughly chop ⅓ cup of walnuts and scatter over the salad.
  8. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons each of honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, adding black pepper and salt to taste.
  9. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
