Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8-inch square pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream, yogurt, and bubblegum extract. Beat until fluffy and holds stiff peaks (3-5 minutes).
  3. In a small saucepan, warm 1/4 cup of water, sprinkle gelatin over it and let it bloom for 1 minute. Stir until dissolved and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Gradually fold the dissolved gelatin into the whipped mixture until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled graham cracker base, smoothing the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Once chilled, cut into slices and serve with additional whipped cream or fresh fruit as garnish.
