  • 1 lb Snow Crab Clusters Pre-cooked
  • 12 oz Andouille Sausage Sliced
  • 1 lb Mussels Optional, cleaned and debearded
  • 2 count Lobster Tails Optional
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Potatoes Small to medium
  • 6 count Eggs Hard-boiled
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob
For the Seasoning and Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 cup Garlic Butter Sauce Made with garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Boil Water by filling a large pot with 4–5 quarts of water and adding Cajun seasoning. Bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook Potatoes and Sausage for about 10 minutes. Then add sliced Andouille sausage and cook until potatoes are fork-tender, around another 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add Corn and Eggs into the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Jumbo Shrimp and Snow Crab Clusters, cooking for 3–5 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  5. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce in a small saucepan by melting butter and adding minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  6. Serve by draining the Cajun Seafood Boil, laying it out on a platter, and drizzling with garlic butter.
