Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean, flat surface and separate into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce on each triangle, leaving edges clear.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each triangle.
  5. Place 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni atop the cheese on each dough triangle.
  6. Dust with Italian seasoning over each roll-up.
  7. Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll the dough to the pointed tip and seal the edges.
  8. Arrange the rolled-up pizzas seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops of each roll-up with melted butter.
  10. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each roll-up and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
