- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean, flat surface and separate into triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce on each triangle, leaving edges clear.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each triangle.
- Place 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni atop the cheese on each dough triangle.
- Dust with Italian seasoning over each roll-up.
- Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll the dough to the pointed tip and seal the edges.
- Arrange the rolled-up pizzas seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each roll-up with melted butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each roll-up and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving with extra dipping sauce.
