Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Flatten small portions of the meat mixture in your hands, place a spoonful of grated cheddar cheese in the center, and mold the meat around it to create a ball.
  4. Arrange the meatloaf bites on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart for even cooking.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard, then brush or spoon the mixture generously over the tops of each meatloaf bite.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top, ensuring an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
