Filling
  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling Opt for homemade for a personal touch.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Optional, for added creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar To sweeten the cream cheese.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor.
Topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted, for brushing.
  • 1 tbsp Coarse Sugar Optional, for added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Optional, for glaze.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into triangles. Lay each triangle flat.
  4. Place a teaspoon of the creamy filling in the center of each triangle, then top with 1-2 cherries.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges securely to seal.
  6. Gently brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle coarse sugar if desired.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them!
  8. Once slightly cooled, drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk if desired for glaze.
