  • 2 pieces Small Chicken Breasts cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder
For the Garlic Bread
  • 1 loaf Italian-Style Loaf preferably day-old
  • 1.5 sticks Unsalted Butter 1 stick for garlic mixture, ½ stick for sauce
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic or garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half thickened with flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese for flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut small chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken with poultry seasoning for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread mixture on cut sides of the bread.
  3. In the same skillet, melt ½ stick butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted bread, add chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake assembled bread at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool before slicing and serving.
