Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, use a cupcake corer to remove the center from each cupcake and fill with Biscoff spread.
  9. Optionally, frost the cupcakes with your choice of icing and enjoy!
