Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, use a cupcake corer to remove the center from each cupcake and fill with Biscoff spread.
- Optionally, frost the cupcakes with your choice of icing and enjoy!
