  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Coconut-based yogurt can be used for dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional if using flavored yogurt.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips Dark chocolate is a great substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil Can be omitted if desired.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse strawberries under cool water, pat dry, remove leaves and stems, and chop into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries with Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until strawberries are coated.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing clusters a few inches apart.
  4. Freeze the baking sheet for 30 to 45 minutes until clusters are firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Let the coated clusters sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to set, or freeze for an additional 5-10 minutes.
