Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients. Choose your milk of choice and ensure the banana is frozen if using.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine milk, protein powder, and yogurt or banana. Add ground cinnamon and salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste the shake and add sweetener to your liking. Blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  4. For extra creaminess, add almond butter and blend for another 15 seconds.
  5. Pour into a glass or bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add granola if desired.
