Ingredients

For the Slushie Base
  • 2 cups Frozen Diced Mango Substitute with fresh mango if not frozen.
  • 2 cups Frozen Diced Pineapple Fresh pineapple can be used, but texture may differ.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice Use freshly squeezed juice for a more natural taste.
For Garnishing
  • 4 Maraschino Cherries Used for garnish; skip for a healthier option.

Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by adding 2 cups of frozen diced mango and 2 cups of frozen diced pineapple into a high-speed blender. Pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice to help the blending process. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until you reach a smooth, creamy texture.
  2. Once blended, check the consistency of your slushies. If it's too thick, add extra pineapple juice, about 1-2 tablespoons at a time, and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  3. Pour the slushie mixture into chilled glasses, filling each about three-quarters full. Garnish each drink with a maraschino cherry on top.
  4. Serve your delightful tropical slushies immediately for the best icy texture.
