Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the mixture and stir gently until well coated.
  5. Fold in the frozen mixed vegetables until evenly distributed.
  6. Gently fold the quartered biscuit pieces into the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
