Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, and flour until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the roasted green chiles across the bottom of the prepared dish and sprinkle half of both cheeses on top.
  5. Pour half of the egg mixture over the cheese and chiles.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining chiles, cheeses, and egg mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes, looking for a golden top.
  8. Check doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
  9. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares for serving.
