Step-by-Step Instructions for Snickerdoodle Cobbler
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grab a 9x13-inch baking dish and place it in the oven to melt ½ cup of unsalted butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of whole milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ¾ cup of granulated sugar until fully combined.
  3. Gently mix in 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven and spoon the batter over the melted butter.
  5. Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of brown sugar over the top of the batter.
