  1. Begin by trimming the rind from the brie and freeze for about 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the mini muffin pan.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and slice it into 24 squares, pressing them into the muffin cups.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce to each pastry cup, then top with brie and pecans.
