  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 Onion finely diced
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh herbs mix of parsley, thyme, and sage
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth splash for moisture
For the Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder or to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Dice onion and chop celery. Measure cranberries and gather herbs.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine sautéed vegetables, turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, herbs, egg, and broth. Season as desired.
  4. Scoop mixture and roll into golf ball-sized balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
