  • 1 cup Cranberries dried or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Sage
  • 2 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 large Eggs or flax eggs for vegan option
Binder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Shape the mixture into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
