Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, mix together rolled oats, 1 cup of your choice of milk, 2 tablespoons of sweetener, and a dash of cinnamon. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully coated and moist.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh or frozen blackberries into the mixture, being careful not to crush them too much.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two airtight containers. Leave a little space at the top for expansion.
- Place the sealed containers in the refrigerator and let the mixture chill for at least 3 hours, or ideally overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, take them out of the fridge, stir, and add toppings before serving.
