Preparation Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Whisk in flour to form a roux, cooking 1 additional minute.
  5. Whisk in milk and chicken broth, bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine cooked spaghetti and sliced chicken with sauce, tossing for 1 minute over low heat.
  8. Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella, and broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
