- Preheat your oven to 325º F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Colby Jack cheese, diced celery, sour cream, green onions (white parts), cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
- Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray or butter. Transfer the crab mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses over the top of the crab mixture.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with green onion tops before serving.
