  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Substitute with Monterey Jack if desired.
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix Homemade mix can be used.
  • ½ cup Cooked Bacon Crumble before adding.
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions Chives are a good substitute.
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Gluten-free tortillas can be used.
For Garnish
  • Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Spread the filling in the center of each tortilla, leaving space along the edges.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling to form a log.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Slice the chilled rolls into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
