Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine one ripe banana, a cup of plain Greek yogurt, and the juice of two key limes. Blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Next, add two tablespoons of honey, a teaspoon of lime zest, and a splash of vanilla extract to the blender. Blend for another 20 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, throw in a handful of ice and blend again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  4. For an added boost, toss in a handful of fresh spinach and blend for another 10 seconds.
  5. Before pouring, prepare your glasses by dipping their rims in lime juice and rolling them in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
