- In a blender, combine one ripe banana, a cup of plain Greek yogurt, and the juice of two key limes. Blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Next, add two tablespoons of honey, a teaspoon of lime zest, and a splash of vanilla extract to the blender. Blend for another 20 seconds.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, throw in a handful of ice and blend again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- For an added boost, toss in a handful of fresh spinach and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Before pouring, prepare your glasses by dipping their rims in lime juice and rolling them in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour the Healthy Key Lime Pie Smoothie into the prepared glasses and optionally garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs.
