Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the lined baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle diced strawberries evenly over the cheesecake filling.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over strawberries.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 1 additional hour.
