Cooking Steps
- Prep by mincing garlic and halving cherry tomatoes. Gather all ingredients.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes until golden.
- Add cherry tomatoes and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Deglaze with white wine, simmer for 5 minutes, then add chili flakes and tomato paste.
- Stir in heavy cream, then mix a slurry of flour with water to thicken and combine.
- Add chopped parsley, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix in cooked pasta.
- Simmer together for 5 minutes on low heat, then remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
