For the Pasta
  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta Cook al dente
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 0.5 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Optional

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Prep by mincing garlic and halving cherry tomatoes. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  4. Deglaze with white wine, simmer for 5 minutes, then add chili flakes and tomato paste.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, then mix a slurry of flour with water to thicken and combine.
  6. Add chopped parsley, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix in cooked pasta.
  7. Simmer together for 5 minutes on low heat, then remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve garnished with Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
