- Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes, or roll out homemade dough.
- Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, meats, and spinach in a bowl. Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into 6–8 inch circles using a round cutter.
- Place filling on one half of each circle, leaving a half-inch border.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon and seal the edges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes and brush calzones with a beaten egg.
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Check for a crispy texture and if done, remove calzones and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
