Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. Chop the bacon into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the potatoes.
  7. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. In the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
