  • 4 breasts Chicken Thinly sliced into cutlets
  • 1 large Egg Whisked with a splash of milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs & Panko
  • oil for frying Vegetable Oil
For the Garlic Butter Bread
  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh grated
For the Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic
For the Assembly
  • 4 pieces Hoagies or Baguette
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Chicken Cutlets: Thinly slice the chicken breasts to create cutlets. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk egg with milk, dip cutlets, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil until golden brown.
  2. Make Garlic Butter Bread: Melt butter and mix with grated garlic. Spread on sliced hoagies and toast in the oven until golden.
  3. Prepare Caesar Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, and grated garlic until smooth.
  4. Assemble Sandwiches: Spread Caesar dressing on toasted hoagies, add chicken cutlets and romaine, sprinkle extra Parmesan, and close sandwiches.
