Ingredients
  

For the Wontons
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers Fry or bake for desired crispiness.
For the Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast Diced into small pieces.
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce Can use homemade for reduced sugar.
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups vegetable toppings Shredded cabbage, green onions, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds Toast for enhanced flavor.
  • 1/2 cup spicy mayo For dipping or drizzling.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Dice chicken breast into small pieces. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Pour teriyaki glaze over chicken, mixing to coat.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F for baking. Fry wonton wrappers in hot oil until golden, or bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Assemble tacos by filling wonton shells with chicken and topping with veggies.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with spicy mayo.
