- Dice chicken breast into small pieces. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Pour teriyaki glaze over chicken, mixing to coat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F for baking. Fry wonton wrappers in hot oil until golden, or bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Assemble tacos by filling wonton shells with chicken and topping with veggies.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with spicy mayo.
