Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add gnocchi, cook until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain with a slotted spoon.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high until shimmering.
- Add boiled gnocchi in a single layer, cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the pan, stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and fold in crumbled feta cheese.
