  • 1 clove Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Or Thyme

  • to taste Black Pepper
  • to taste Chopped Fresh Parsley Or Dill

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Grate 2 medium zucchinis and squeeze out excess water using a cheesecloth.
  2. Mix drained zucchini with 2 large eggs, 1 cup oat flour, and other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Shape batter into patties and place in the skillet, leaving space.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove fritters, drain on paper towels, and serve warm.
