  3. Form the Pancakes: Take 90g of the mixture and flatten into a disc. Place mozzarella in the center, fold over, and shape into pancakes.
  4. Fry the Pancakes: Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each pancake for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
