- Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with oil and lay them flat on the baking sheet.
- Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crisping.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Heat for about 5 minutes.
