Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients and submerge the chicken for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine all coating ingredients; dredge marinated chicken in this mixture.
  3. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry chicken in batches for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Make the glaze by combining hot sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in the pan.
  6. Brush the glaze over the warm chicken tenders and serve immediately.
