- Drain and rinse chickpeas under cold water. Pat dry and let air dry for 10-15 minutes.
- Spread chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Stir chickpeas after 10 minutes and continue roasting for another 10 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
