  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Whole wheat or spinach can be used

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill Or substitute with parsley or chives
  • 1 large Cucumber Thinly sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Finely chop the fresh dill and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch seasoning, mixing until smooth.
  4. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over one tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle chopped dill over the cream cheese spread evenly.
  6. Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese and dill.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  8. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Slice each roll into 6 equal pieces and serve.
