- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the rest of the banana bread ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Layer dollops of the banana bread and cheesecake mixtures in the prepared pan.
- Wrap the outside of the springform pan with foil and place in a larger baking dish with hot water. Bake for 75-90 minutes.
- Once baked, cool on a wire rack for an hour and then refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
