Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into molds and refrigerate until set.
  3. Combine pistachio tahini, sweetener, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill chocolate shells with pistachio tahini mixture.
  5. Sprinkle toasted phyllo or chosen topping onto the filling.
  6. Seal the filling with more melted chocolate and refrigerate again until firm.
  7. Chill the assembled cups for at least 1 hour before unmolding.
  8. Unmold and serve the Dubai Chocolate Cups on a platter.
