  • 15 ounces Vanilla Oreos Can be swapped for any Oreo flavor
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
Chocolate Coating
  • 14-16 ounces White Chocolate Melts Quality chocolate for smooth finish
  • 1 drop Red Oil-Based Food Coloring Optional for tinting
Decoration
  • Sprinkles Optional for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Crush the Vanilla Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls using a cookie scoop and chill them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet, then chill briefly to set.
