  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • to taste teaspoon Salt
  • to taste teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
For the Boursin Mixture
  • 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley or fresh dill
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil or melted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry, place them in the prepared baking dish, drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the prepared Boursin mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until flaky.
  6. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
