- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil or melted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry, place them in the prepared baking dish, drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the prepared Boursin mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until flaky.
- Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
