  • 1 pound Ground Beef or ground turkey/plant-based alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or caramelized fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or regular/sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper freshly cracked recommended
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Light Mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup or BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Pickle Juice or vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning your favorite spices also work
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar or honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons Water to adjust consistency
For the Bowl
  • 4 cups Tater Tots or hash browns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1/2 cup Red Onions
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Pickles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots according to package directions for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Mix together mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and water in a bowl and refrigerate.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Chop red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and slice pickles into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering crispy tater tots, seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and drizzle with burger sauce.
